Delete my account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account in the
EpicTango game (br.com.hiveagent.epictango), published by
IMPETUS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA - ME, and of all data tied to it.
How to request it
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
So we can locate your record, write from the same email address of the Google account you linked to the game. If you never linked an account, say so: in that case there is no cloud account tied to you, and we explain what to do.
We reply within 15 days, the period the LGPD sets.
What gets erased
- The account identifier and the link to your Google account
- Daily-challenge and journey progress
- Practice statistics: times, streaks and distribution by difficulty
- Coin balance and items bought inside the game
What is not erased, and why
- Purchase records. Tax law requires keeping them for the applicable legal period. They stay with Google Play and with the service that validates receipts, and are used for no other purpose.
- Advertising data. It stays with Google, its own controller. To limit it, use Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Two things to note before deleting
- Coins and items do not come back. Deleting the account erases what you bought, and there is no refund for deletion.
- You cancel an active subscription yourself. Deleting the account in the game does not cancel the charge. Cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, with the same Google account that took out the subscription.
Only want to erase what is on the device?
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data erases everything saved locally, with no request needed. If you never linked a Google account, that already erases everything tied to you.
